- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Jackson has the worst bedside manner that I have ever experienced with any doctor that I have ever encountered. She is rude, pushy, and condescending. I tried to convince her that my son had already received his shots, but that for some inexplicable reason, they were not in the data base. She pretty much put me on the spot and made me feel like a liar. So, I felt very pressured to do them again. My son went through pain for no reason. I called back after I found the documentation of his previous shots, and she was very dismissive. I truly believe that she cares nothing about the wellbeing of her patients. She even pushed to repeat vaccines that are unnecessary on the next visit. I wish I would have gone with my first instinct and declined further care from her. I fully recommend finding another pediatric office in the area. The receptionist was rude and did not greet or acknowledge me when I came in or while I was signing in right in front of her. She was a young early twenties blonde. All in all, this was a terrible and very stressful experience.November 06, 2017by Jessica Schiappa
