  Rhonda and her staff have been very helpful from beginning to now. Rhonda responds to emails quickly and with great detail. She is always there to help, even if some things are out of her control. Great business ethics.

  I recently visited Rhonda and Scott to get a quote on my home, trucks, motorcycle, and boat and had a very positive experience to say the least. They are very knowledgeable about the products and they genuinely cared about my family as people and not just as another customer... That's the kind of service that I couldn't get with Geico and never even dreamed of with my previous insurance agent!!!

  I had Ms. Strickland as an agent for several years and was completely pleased with her service, as well as Tracy, her invaluable assistant. She personally returned my calls, truly cared about my financial situation and explored options that best suited me, and was always friendly and courteous. I had to switch to a competitor in the end due to higher rates and the inability of Allstate to get me into a normal policy after three years of a policy and great communication. However, as her hands were basically tied and she went to bat for me as a customer, I would highly recommend her as an agent. I would go back to her with bells on if her company would allow her to match my current rates through SF. She is an excellent, hospitable personality, and she will do everything she can to make your insurance experience pleasant and helpful. She is an expert in the dying art of customer service and satisfaction, and I wish her the best and hope her company will appreciate her service in the future. The only negative feedback is with Allstate's policies in general, as I feel she is the best agent I have ever had. My current agent at a competitors company is nonchalant, and has not called me once to thank me for my business. In today's economy, some choices have to be made with regard to financial situations; sadly, this is one that I wish I did not have to compromise on. Rhonda and her team are phenomenal. If you are shopping and find that this company best suits you, or another company matches you for a few dollars more, I highly recommend her services over the competitor. -One Satisfied Customer
